Each purchased item has a download limit of 5 downloads. This is to prevent the sharing of links amongst groups of people (which violates these terms of service).
If for some reason you need to download this item again and you are unable to, please forward me your confirmation email and let me know. I'm happy to help resolve any problems. :)

Please note that I (Art with Mrs. Nguyen - a subsidiary of Nguyen Creative Inc.) retain the copyright and reserve all rights to this product.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds will generally not be granted. If you accidentally purchased multiple copies of an item, please reach out to me.

International Shipping (for physical items):
Your purchase may be subject to customs or import duties charged by your home country. Any outstanding charges are the responsibility of the BUYER (you). Because these fees vary greatly from country to country and cannot be easily anticipated, these charges are NOT included in the price of the items you order.
Refusal to pay any additional customs fees, will result in the order being sent back to me. You will be granted a refund once the package has been returned to me, minus the shipping fees (since that part of the order had been fulfilled).

A ZIP file is a compressed folder containing multiple files. This type of file format allows you to download many files at once.

Before you can directly access the files, you'll need to "unzip" the file. No worries though, both Windows and Mac OSX are able to open and uncompress ZIP files easily without additional software (iPhones and iPads will require an additional app).

If your computer runs Microsoft Windows:

  1. Right-click on the unopened ZIP folder.
  2. Choose "Extract All" from the menu that opens.
  3. Choose a destination. This is the place where you want to keep the unzipped files. You can choose "My Documents," for example.
  4. Click "Extract."

If your computer runs Mac OSX:

Double-click the unopened ZIP — the file should extract automatically. If that doesn't work, hold down the control key and click the ZIP file icon. Choose "Open With" and then select "Archive Utility." The utility will extract the ZIP files, and you can find them in the same folder where you downloaded them.

Still having trouble?

If you're still having trouble getting your files to unzip, I recommend extracting the ZIP file online using one of these free websites:
