Get your classroom ready for the new school year with these beautiful supply labels!

This package includes 200 labels that are approximately 3.5"x2.25" (labels can be scaled down or up by changing the scale in print settings). Labels feature the name of the supply and a visual (which is GREAT for your ESL kids). They've also been arranged on each page to ensure quick and easy cutting!

About this Resource:

  • This package now includes 2 different text versions - a white text version and a black text version.
  • Package includes a UK English (colour) version.
  • US English only: This package also includes individual supply image files, so if you only need to print a couple cards, you can do so without having to print the entire pre-arranged sheet! Just place them in a word processing document and print!

While this set was originally designed to be used in the art room, I've added LOTS of regular classroom supplies as well. :)

Please see the preview file to see a sample of my work as well as a list of all the included labels.

Possible Uses:

  • Place these art supply labels on the outside of boxes or bins to help keep your room organized.
  • Arrange these labels on the bottoms of your supply cabinet doors so that you can quickly locate materials.
  • Place magnets on the back of the supply label cards so that you can quickly put them up on your whiteboard before class, so students will know which supplies they’ll need that day.

A ZIP file is a compressed folder containing multiple files. This type of file format allows you to download many files at once.

Before you can directly access the files, you'll need to "unzip" the file. No worries though, both Windows and Mac OSX are able to open and uncompress ZIP files easily without additional software (iPhones and iPads will require an additional app).

If your computer runs Microsoft Windows:

    1. Right-click on the unopened ZIP folder.
    2. Choose "Extract All" from the menu that opens.
    3. Choose a destination. This is the place where you want to keep the unzipped files. You can choose "My Documents," for example.
    4. Click "Extract."

If your computer runs Mac OSX:

Double-click the unopened ZIP — the file should extract automatically. If that doesn't work, hold down the control key and click the ZIP file icon. Choose "Open With" and then select "Archive Utility." The utility will extract the ZIP files, and you can find them in the same folder where you downloaded them.

    Still having trouble?

If you're still having trouble getting your files to unzip, I recommend extracting the ZIP file online using one of these free websites:
